How to Create Your UINQO Account

Get set up in about sixty seconds

Open the UINQO app on your iOS or Android device and tap Get Started. You’ll see two options: sign up with your email address, or continue with Google for instant access.

If you choose email: enter your address, create a password, and tap Create Account. UINQO will send a verification email immediately — open it, tap the confirmation link, and you’re in.

If you choose Google: one tap, and your account is live. No forms, no waiting.

That’s it. Your UINQO account is ready. Now it’s time to build the profile that represents you.

Your UINQO profile is more than a contact card. It’s the first impression you make on everyone you meet — and unlike a paper business card, it tells the full story of who you are.

Start with your photo, name, job title, and company. From there, UINQO gives you something paper never could: multiple profiles, each designed for a different context. One for your primary role, one for a side business, one for a community you’re part of. Each profile is fully separate — its own design, its own content, its own audience. Switch between them instantly depending on who you’re meeting.

With Email Campaigns, you can send professional, targeted emails directly to the contacts in your UINQO network — no third-party platform required. Create your campaign, select recipients by category or individual selection, write your subject and message, preview it, then launch. When an email arrives from your own domain, it lands with the credibility that only comes from a professional sender. With Custom SMTP, you connect your own email credentials to UINQO so every campaign goes out through your SMTP server — arriving from your domain, authenticated, and fully aligned with your brand.

Go to Settings → Email Campaign Settings and enter your SMTP details: host, port, username, and password. Save, and your campaigns are now sent through your own email infrastructure. Better open rates, better deliverability, and the sender reputation that makes every campaign more effective.

After every campaign you send, your Email Analytics dashboard shows you what actually happened: how many people received your email, how many opened it, how many clicked through, and which links drove the most engagement.

A standard QR code is black squares on a white background — functional, anonymous, forgettable. With UINQO’s QR Code Branding, you can add your logo to the centre of your QR code, turning it into a branded asset that people recognise and remember.

Go to Settings → QR Branding, upload your logo, and apply it. Your branded QR code is ready instantly. The small details are what separate a professional presence from a generic one — and this one takes less than a minute to set up.

Your UINQO NFC card is a physical card linked to your live digital profile. When someone taps it with their phone, your full profile opens instantly — no app required on their end. No QR code scanning. Just tap, and they see everything.

Because your NFC card is linked to your dynamic profile, it never becomes outdated. Change your email, update your role, add a new service — the card still works and still shows the latest version of you. To order, go to Order NFC Card in your UINQO account, choose your card design, enter your delivery details, and complete the order.

One tap to save. Zero effort to follow up.

When you view someone’s UINQO profile, tap Save Contact and their full details — name, phone, email, company, role — are saved directly to your UINQO contact list. No typing. No screenshots. No hoping you’ll remember to follow up.

You can also add a personal note about where you met them or what you discussed — right at the moment you save them, before the context fades. Every person you connect with through UINQO becomes a contact you can organise, reach out to, and build a relationship with.

Add a Contact Manually

Every connection belongs in your network

Not every professional contact you meet will be on UINQO. That doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be in your network. With Add Contact, you can manually enter the details of anyone you meet — name, phone number, email, company, job title, and a personal note for context.

Manual contacts live in the same organised, searchable system as every other connection in UINQO. Categorise them, reach out via email campaigns, and manage the relationship just as you would any digital connection. Go to Contacts → Add Contact, fill in the details, assign a category, and save.

Edit Account Information

Your profile evolves. So should your details.

Updating your account information is simple. Tap Settings → Account Information. From there, update your name, phone number, email address, username, and profile photo.

Tap Save and your profile reflects the update immediately — everywhere it’s been shared, for everyone who has ever scanned or saved your card. Because your professional identity should always represent the most current, accurate version of you.

Add Team Members

From your Corporate Portal, tap Team Members → Invite Members. You have two options for any team size.

Single Invite: Enter a team member’s email address and tap Send Invitation. They receive their invite instantly — no waiting, no delays. One person, one click, done.

Bulk CSV Upload: Add multiple email addresses directly or upload a CSV file with every address — and with one click, every team member receives their invitation simultaneously. Ten people. A hundred people. One click. Everyone’s in.

New team members don’t need an existing UINQO account. They’ll receive an email to set their password and activate their account. If someone already has a personal UINQO account under a different email, their personal and corporate accounts stay fully separate — no conflict, no confusion.

With Scan Quotas, you assign a personalised monthly scan limit to each team member — based on their role and how they actually work. From your Corporate Portal, tap Scan Quotas, find the team member, enter their monthly limit, and tap Save. From that moment on, each person works within their assigned quota.

With Corporate Contact Categories, you define the structure once — from the top — and your entire team follows it automatically. Set up categories like Clients, Leads, Partners, Investors, and Suppliers. Every team member works within that same structure from day one.

Only you, from the Corporate Portal, can create, modify, or delete these categories. Your team members cannot touch them. The integrity of your entire contact system stays under your control permanently — making email campaigns faster, contact search instant, and network reporting meaningful.

Without restrictions, small independent decisions — an off-brand colour here, a nickname in the company name field there — quietly chip away at the consistent professional image you worked hard to build.

Profile Restrictions lets you decide exactly how profiles are structured across your organisation. Set templates as Unrestricted (full freedom), Recommended (suggested default), or Required (one template, no exceptions). Lock specific fields entirely: company nameprofile design, and colour palette can all be locked so team members see them, use them, but cannot change them.

Every time a team member shares their profile, it’s your brand in someone else’s hands. When every profile looks consistent, professional, and aligned — the impression your company makes is always exactly the one you intended.

Complete visibility for a team that means business

Are contacts being added correctly? Is the system being used properly? If something goes wrong, can you trace exactly what happened? With most platforms, the honest answer is — not easily. With UINQO’s Audit Logs, the answer is always yes. Instantly.

From your Corporate Portal, tap Audit Logs for a real-time view of everything happening across your organisation. UINQO provides four log types: Activity Log (who did what and when), Contact Info Log (every contact added or updated), Scanning Info Log (every business card scan), and QR Code History (how and when profiles are accessed).

Filter by user, date range, or use the Search function to find specific entries. Tap Export CSV to download your complete data for reporting or analysis. When your team knows activity is logged and visible, the standard of work rises naturally. That’s not surveillance. That’s structure.

Your platform, always up to date

From your Corporate Portal, tap Settings to access your company’s control centre. Update your Company Name, Industry, Team Size, Country, VAT Number, Company Logo, and Cover Image. Changes reflect across your entire organisation instantly.

The Organisation Public URL setting is especially powerful — it sets the unique name that defines your entire team’s profile links across UINQO. Once set, every team member’s profile follows the structure: app.uinqo.com/company/your-name/member-username. Every profile your team shares carries a URL that clearly identifies your company. Over time, those URLs become SEO-friendly, quietly building your company’s digital footprint automatically.

The Billing & Plan section lets you manage your subscription, update payment methods, and handle everything through Stripe’s trusted payment infrastructure.
